Welcome to the LevoeRide Shipping Protection Claim Page. If you’ve encountered any issues with your order, such as lost, damaged, or mis-delivered items, we’re here to assist you. Our Shipping Protection service ensures that you receive prompt compensation for any delivery issues, offering either refunds or replacements based on your claim.
How to File a Claim:

Lost Package: If your package has not been marked as "delivered" by the courier within the designated time frame (30 days for domestic orders or 60 days for international orders), you can file a claim. For packages marked "delivered" but not received, a claim can also be made within 7 days after the tracking update.

Damaged Goods: If your items arrived damaged, please submit a claim with photos of the damage. Claims for damaged packages must be submitted within 7 days of the tracking status update to "delivered."

Mis-delivery: If your package was delivered to the wrong address, provide proof of the mis-delivery, and we will assist in correcting the issue. Any re-delivery costs will be covered by LevoeRide.

Provide Proof: For all claims, make sure to attach relevant documentation, such as photos of the damaged item, police reports for lost packages, or a letter from the carrier for mis-deliveries.

Claim Form: Complete the online claim form with all necessary details, including your order number and contact information.

Review and Submit: Once your claim is submitted, our team will review it and provide a resolution within the stipulated time.
Claims Processing Time: We aim to process all claims as quickly as possible. You will be notified once your claim is reviewed, and compensation (either replacement or refund) will be issued promptly.
Please note: All claims must be filed within the required time frame from the tracking status update. Any claims filed after the deadline may not be eligible for compensation.
