Our Shipping Protection service ensures that you receive prompt compensation for any delivery issues, offering either refunds or replacements based on your claim.

How to File a Claim:

  1. Lost Package: If your package has not been marked as "delivered" by the courier within the designated time frame (30 days for domestic orders or 60 days for international orders), you can file a claim. For packages marked "delivered" but not received, a claim can also be made within 7 days after the tracking update.

  2. Damaged Goods: If your items arrived damaged, please submit a claim with photos of the damage. Claims for damaged packages must be submitted within 7 days of the tracking status update to "delivered."

  3. Mis-delivery: If your package was delivered to the wrong address, provide proof of the mis-delivery, and we will assist in correcting the issue. Any re-delivery costs will be covered by LevoeRide.

Steps to Submit Your Claim:

  • Provide Proof: For all claims, make sure to attach relevant documentation, such as photos of the damaged item, police reports for lost packages, or a letter from the carrier for mis-deliveries.

  • Claim Form: Complete the online claim form with all necessary details, including your order number and contact information.

  • Review and Submit: Once your claim is submitted, our team will review it and provide a resolution within the stipulated time.

Claims Processing Time: We aim to process all claims as quickly as possible. You will be notified once your claim is reviewed, and compensation (either replacement or refund) will be issued promptly.

Please note: All claims must be filed within the required time frame from the tracking status update. Any claims filed after the deadline may not be eligible for compensation.
