At LEVOERIDE, we stand behind the quality of our electric bikes, e-scooters, and e-motos. We want you to enjoy your ride worry-free, which is why we offer a comprehensive warranty to cover manufacturing defects and ensure your satisfaction.

Warranty Coverage

  • Duration:
    All LEVOERIDE electric bikes come with a 1-year limited warranty from the date of purchase, covering defects in materials and workmanship. Specific warranty terms may vary by product.
  • What’s Included:
    During the warranty period, we will repair or replace any parts found to be defective due to manufacturing faults, at no cost to you.
  • What’s Excluded:
    • Issues resulting from improper use, neglect, accidents, or failure to follow the user manual and maintenance guidelines.
    • Damage or malfunctions caused by unauthorized repairs, modifications, or disassembly.
    • Normal wear and tear parts such as tires, brake pads, brake discs, saddles, plastic components, cables, and surface scratches.
    • Damage from improper storage or environmental factors.
    • Second-hand or modified products are not covered by this warranty.
    • Accessories or parts sold separately are generally not covered, except in cases of Dead On Arrival (DOA).

 

Warranty Limitations

This warranty does not cover damage or defects caused by:

  • Failure to use and maintain the product as instructed in the manual.
  • Unauthorized service or repairs performed by third parties.
  • Accidents, misuse, abuse, or improper storage conditions.
  • Minor cosmetic damage resulting from shipping or handling.
  • Products returned without prior written authorization from LEVOERIDE will be rejected and no refund will be issued.

 

How to Make a Warranty Claim

To streamline your warranty service, please follow these steps:

  • Capture clear photos or videos illustrating the issue with your product.
  • Email your description of the problem, photos/videos, order number, and purchase platform to support@levoeride.com.
  • Our customer support team will assess your claim and guide you through the next steps.
  • For issues that require further diagnosis, we may provide troubleshooting instructions and request additional media to help identify the problem.
  • Upon verification, we will arrange for replacement parts or repair as appropriate.

 

Repairs and Replacements

  • Approved warranty claims will be fulfilled with free replacement parts or repairs.
  • In some cases, a full product replacement may be offered.
  • After the warranty period, parts and shipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer.
  • Please keep your purchase receipt or proof of purchase handy for all warranty claims.

 

Battery Warranty

  • Batteries are covered under the same warranty conditions, provided they are used and maintained properly.
  • Only unused batteries qualify for warranty returns.
  • Damage caused by misuse, improper charging, or physical harm is excluded from coverage.
